Process for regulating the mixing ratio of components added during the manufacture of cement in a dry grinding plant comprises balancing the mixing process by a mathematical process model to act as the evaluation of the structural information and predicted values for the SO3 concentration in the finished article. The feed value for the SO3 concentration, the actual value for the SO3 concentration and the structural information are introduced into a regulator which forms an adjusting vector for the mixing process and then a correction signal.
