Composition (A) contains a combination of: (a) at least one N,N'-bis-(4-aminophenyl)-1,4-diaza-cycloheptane derivative (I); and (b) at least one 4,5-diamino-pyrazole derivative (II). Composition (A) contains a combination of: (a) at least one of diaza-cycloheptanes of formula (I) and their salts; and (b) at least one of pyrazoles of formula (II) and their salts.
