The sleeve (1) has an elongated hollow body (2) with a rounded closed end (3), a circuit inside it and a closure body (4) for placing in the open end of the sleeve in a sealing manner. The closure body outer edge has a fan rim (5) of larger diameter than the sleeve that is partly compressed when implanting the sleeve and spreads if the sleeve tends to move in the opposite direction to the insertion direction, thus inhibiting the tendency to move.
