New diphenyl-3,5-di(fluoroalkyl)-phenyl-phosphine oxide compounds used as starting materials for polyimide polymers for use as materials in the energy sector

Triarylphosphine oxide derivatives (I), with one 3,5-di(fluoroalkyl)-phenyl group and 2 phenyl, nitrophenyl or aminophenyl groups, are new. Triarylphosphine oxide derivatives of formula (I), with one 3,5-di(fluoroalkyl)-phenyl group and 2 phenyl, nitrophenyl or aminophenyl groups, are new; R1, R2 independently = fluorine-substituted alkyl; X = hydrogen, nitro or amino. Independent claims are also included for: (a) preparation of (I); (b) preparation of polyimide polymers by reacting (I) with a dianhydride compound and solution imidization.
