Inorganic porous material has a uniform pore size and pores with pore walls of crystalline titanium oxide. An Independent claim is also included for the production of an inorganic porous material by heating a partly organic and partly inorganic microstructurized material containing titanium with hexagonal crystal phases at a temperature and for a time sufficient to form numerous pores with walls containing crystalline titanium oxide.
