Ceramic heating device comprises a ceramic body (2); a heating part embedded in the ceramic body; and connecting surfaces (8) arranged on the outer side of the ceramic body and electrically connected to the heating part. An outer line (10) is connected by a hard solder layer to a metal-plated layer which covers each connecting surface. The solder layer contains 500 ppm or less palladium.
