PURPOSE: To quickly detect the title virus I type and II type specifically to these types by amplifying a mixed liquid containing a combination of DNA primers having specific base sequences DNA polymerase and aqueous solution sample to be examined and subjecting the resultant reaction liquid to DNA examination. ;CONSTITUTION: A mixed liquid containing a combination of the first DNA primer containing an oligonucleotide part consisting of a base sequence expressed by a sequence expressed by formula I with the second DNA primer containing an oligonucleotide consisting of base sequence expressed by of sequence of formula II or combination of the first DNA primer containing an oligonucleotide part consisting of a base sequence expressed by sequence of formula III with the second DNA primer containing an oligonucleotide part consisting of a base sequence expressed by the sequence of formula IV, DNA polymerase and aqueous solution of sample to be examined is amplified and then the resultant reaction liquid is subjected to DNA examination to quickly and accurately detect herpes simplex virus I type and II type specifically to type.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
