The device includes: a body (5a,5b) fitted with a pipe connector (3) through which the air flows. The connector (3) communicates with a chamber (10) having a wall with a microphone membrane (6) which is displaced by air flow pressure; an electro-magnet (7,8) linked to the membrane (6) with converts its displacement into electrical signals; and an electric circuit (12) containing the electro-magnet (7,8) and a voltmeter (13) connected to the electro-magnet winding (8).
