PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC voltage-resistant testing impressing device for a transformer for an insulator insulation type meter, capable of connecting between high potential parts with high performance without danger. ;SOLUTION: A base end part of an impressing conductor 7 is pivotably supported vertically in a high potential part 6 above power supply facilities 5. An intermediate part of the impressing conductor 7 is supported so as to lift by a lifter 11 via an insulative insulator 10. A ground operating part 13 is provided in the litter 11. The lift 11 is driven by operating the ground operating part 13, and a contact part 9 at a top end of the impressing conductor 7 is lowered and comes into contact with a high potential part 18 above a transformer 16 for an insulator insulation type meter to be tested, to perform an AC voltage-resistant test.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
