PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a seed pack having a function of storing and/or transporting seeds requiring a wet low-temperature storage while maintaining qualities.;SOLUTION: This quality maintaining seed pack comprises a mixture obtained by mixing seeds with a quality retaining material having a function of aldehyde compound adsorption ability corresponding to an amount of an aldehyde compound generated from the seeds. Preferably a volume adjuster for making the whole inner volume of the seed pack in a proper quantity is further added to the seed pack.
