PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing scheduling system, a portable terminal, a data pool device and an instruction pool device suitable for improving the convenience of a user for receiving providing of a service.;SOLUTION: In the case of receiving output data and access authentication information with registering request, the data pool device 100 coordinates the received output data and access authentication information to register them in a storage device 42 and transmits the access authentication information in the device 42 to the portable terminal. The terminal 200 receives the access authentication information and when a service providing terminal SP specified by the service providing terminal ID of the received access authentication information belongs within a prescribed range with the position of the terminal 200 as reference, the terminal 200 transmits output data corresponding to the received access authentication information to the terminal SP with a providing request.
