PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output scheduling system which is suitable to improve convenience in user when data is printed add to provide a portable terminal and a data pool device.;SOLUTION: The data pool device 100 is provided with a storage device 42 for storing printing data by correspondence to access authenticating information. When printing data and access authenticating information are received together with a register request, received printing data is made to correspond to access authenticating information and registered in the storage device 42 and, in the meantime, access authenticating information of the storage device 42 is transmitted to the portable terminal 200. The portable terminal 200 receives access authenticating information and transmits a printing request to print printing data corresponding to received access authenticating information to the printer PR when the printer PR specified by the printer ID of received access authenticating information belongs to a prescribed range based on the position of the portable terminal 200.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
