Mass air flow test production equipment for measuring an output signal at two temperature sensors

PURPOSE: To provide an installation in which mass air flow rates detected by a mass air flow rate sensor at two types of temperatures are almost same and precise in a testing-at-two temperature installation for a production line to measure output signals at two types of temperatures which are generated by the mass air flow rate sensor corresponding to a known air flow rate. ;CONSTITUTION: This installation comprises a production line carrier 12 which is penetrated by an air flow route 18 provided with a detection head 24 and a detection element 26 and a mass air flow rate sensor 10 installed in the carrier. Moreover the installation comprises, as main component elements, a low temperature testing chamber 52 having a low temperature testing station 54, a high temperature testing chamber 52 having a high temperature testing station 58, a vacuum chamber 62, a first manifold 60 including an acoustic nozzle 64, a second manifold 92 including a heat exchanger 98, and an electric control apparatus 100 to press the sensor and store the output signals of the sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
