PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article recovery support system, an article recovery support server, an article recovery support method and a recording medium recording an article recovery support program capable of reducing recovery cost of an article, increasing a recovery rate of the article and extending participating opportunities of a forwarding agent.;SOLUTION: A user has an article information registration means 21 to register recovery article information to supply from terminals 8a-8n for the user in a data base, a request information formation means 22 to form article recovery request information in accordance with the recovery article information and previously registered cargo collecting place information and a forwarding agent selection means 23 to select the forwarding agent in accordance with tender information by supplying the article recovery request information to terminals 9a-9m for the forwarding agent and registering the tender information which the forwarding agent supplies from the terminals 9a-9m for the forwarding agent to the data base.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
