VERY SHORT AUTOMOBILE SAFTY INSPECTION AND AUTOMOBILE SAFTY INSPECTION COST ESTIMATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional automobile safty inspection takes time, a customer has to pay a requested amount while a maintenance content is not learnt and it is not convincing and the customer can receive only estimate for automobile safty inspection estimate so he or she is very anxious and the content is difficult to understand.;SOLUTION: The customer is caused to observe a place where automobile safty inspection maintenance/cost estimation are performed. A tester performs judgment, compares a present vehicle with new parts by showing the present vehicle. Cut models and the like are shown to the customer and they are explained. Thus, an automobile safty inspection quality level by ISO9000s can be improved and maintenance is realized. Then, automobile safty inspection is completed in very short time and precise estimation is realized. Consequently, the customer can obtain the 'relief', 'safe', 'speedy', 'convinced', 'satisfied', 'guaranteed' and reliable system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
