PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To couple the composite body structure of a bullet train car to a lower body structure frame of aluminum alloy even after the advance installation of interior electrical equipment in the body structure at higher rigidity and strength with no clearance gap between the body structure and the body structure frame for better airtightness while absorbing the dimensional errors of the body structure frame. ;SOLUTION: A composite body structure 1 constituting a bullet train car is coupled to a lower body structure frame 5 made of aluminum alloy by a method of temporarily fixing angle members 6 shaped into conformity with band sheets 4 along the lower longitudinal part of the body structure 1 to the left and right edges of the frame 5 with bolts 10 and welding the angle members 6 onto the frame 5, and of positioning the sheets 4 along the lower longitudinal part of the body structure 1 being slung up by a crane into contact with the outer sides of the angle members 6 for their coupling by means of fasteners 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
