摘要

PURPOSE: To produce ground fabric of bonded padding cloth having excellent integrity to surface cloth and improved drape property, comprising padding cloth of twisted filament having fluffs. ;CONSTITUTION: Multifilament yarn of polyethylene terephthalate having 2,000-8,000 coefficient of twist is produced, abraded with a rough face material to give yarn having fluff loop, which is woven as warp and/or weft to give woven fabric. The woven fabric subjected to 5-30wt.% weight loss processing to give ground fabric of padding cloth. The padding cloth undergoes readily to coating processing with an adhesive resin, has no removal fiber from the back, damages neither handle nor drape property of surface cloth, shows excellent sewing properties, has high shape stability of garment using the padding cloth, good comfortableness to wear and beautiful silhouette.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
