TASK TRACE METHOD AND COMPUTER DEVICE HAVING TASK TRACE FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a task trace system capable of omitting an overhead time spent for judging existence of an execution request of a task trace function. SOLUTION: This task trace method of a computer device is equipped with a processor having an operating system for executing an application program by a multi-task system and executing task trace processing in response to a debug interruption request, and having a debug register, and with a memory having a trace buffer. When the task trace function is validated, an execution address for task switching processing of the operating system is set in the debug register, and prescribed task information is housed in the trace buffer at every debug interruption generated by access to the execution address set in the debug register during execution of the application program.
