After the washing is ended, the washing machine 1 digitizes the level of satisfaction obtained by using the washing machine 1 by a user as user merits from the operation condition and the operation information by a charging sum calculating part 13, and calculates a charge to be paid according to the use of the washing machine 1 by the user by using the user merits.
