PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently realize the unitary management of market price information from the input of the latest information up to the distribution of the information regardless of any communication media for the information distribution, and to distribute the market price information at any time in an easily understandable format suitable for the needs of a customer with contents adaptive to different communication media.;SOLUTION: Character information related with the movement of the market price and numerical information related with foreign and domestic contracted values is inputted by an input part 2. A market price chart or analysis chart for each transaction item is prepared form the inputted numerical information by a chart preparing part 3. The character information and the numerical information is converted into a voice by a voice information preparing part 4 for a telephone, so that voice information which can be distributed through a telephone can be obtained, and this is reproduced by a voice reproducing part 5 according to designation from a customer through a telephone line. The market price chart or the analysis chart is combined with the character information, so that image information for facsimile transmission can be prepared by an image information preparing part 6 for facsimile and is transmitted from a facsimile transmitting part 7 according to designation of the customer.
