PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new contents distributing method which eliminates the need to store contents on an HDD that a user has and is made free from a risk such as a crash, a contents distributing server, a contents provider server, and a recording medium where the method is programmed and recorded. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the contents distributing method and its server, and recording medium of the contents distribution system constituted by connecting a user terminal 3, a contents property managing center and servers 1 and 2 that more than one contents provider has through a web 4; and the server 1 that a contents property managing center has manages contents that member-registered users buy together and when a buyer of object contents is authenticated by the contents property managing center at a member-user's request, the user is allowed to connect to an object contents DB that the contents provider owns.
