摘要

PURPOSE: To easily and accurately decide the end point of copper converter operation by deciding the point of the time of a sharp rise of a blast pressure or after the point of this time as the end point to end blowing when such sharp rise of the blast pressure occurs during the operation 'in the copper making period of a copper converter. ;CONSTITUTION: The blast pressure is inputted to a microcomputer, etc., at, for example, every 10 seconds during the copper making period operation of the copper converter and the point of the time when the rise of the blast pressure begins is decided as the point of the time of the rise of the blast pressure if the period when the blast pressure increases at about ≥0.02kg/cm² per minute continues for ≥1 minute. The point of this time or the point within about 10 minutes from the point of this time is decided as the end point of the converter operation and the blowing is ended, by which the end point of the copper converter operation is decided with a high accuracy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
