PURPOSE: To provide a building plate which is suitable for continuous mass production, can be applied to not only a wet process but also a dry process and a semidry process wherein a deep three-dimensional irregular pattern can be fitted to the building plate, and is easy in nail lock and screw lock. CONSTITUTION: After setting a pin 6 in a recessed part 4 formed at a specific position of a mold face 2 of a matrix 1, an FRP layer 7 is formed by hand lay up on the matrix 1. When the matrix 1 is removed after hardening the FRP layer 7, a press template 18 wherein the pin 6 is transplanted on the surface is manufactured. When a building plate is manufactured by a wet process, a dry process, or a semidry process with the press template 18, a fastening recessed part indicating positions of nail lock and screw lock on a surface of the building plate by the pin 6 is formed.
