PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an experimental animal model having a disease of an internal organ with which differentiation experiments, cell transplantation, organ preparation, or the like, can be carried out, to provide both a method for preparing the model and to provide a method for evaluating a medicine using the animal model. SOLUTION: The method for preparing animal models of various diseases of internal organs comprises administering a physiological active material through a specific animal duct to an animal. The animal models of various diseases of internal organs are prepared by the method. The method for evaluating medicines for treating diseases comprises using the models. The method for producing a human internal organ cell comprises administering a human-derived internal organ cell or internal organ stem cell through a specific duct of an animal except human to the animal, transplanting the cell into a specific part of the animal except human, proliferating and differentiating the cell and collecting the human-derived internal organ cell. This cell is obtained by the above method. The method for evaluating a physiologically active material using an organ reproduction of an internal organ with disease as an index comprises administering a physiologically active material through a specific duct of an experimental animal model of disease of an internal organ to the animal. An apparatus for introducing a physiologically active material into an internal organ is also provided.
