PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for free advertisement and free telephone service over the Internet which can provide more effective Internet advertisement and free telephone calling. SOLUTION: The method and system have a 1st stage, where an advertiser system and subscribers connect to a free telephone service system via the Internet to become members, a 2nd stage where the advertiser system connects the free telephone service system to apply for free banner advertisement and the free telephone service system approves the result, a 3rd stage where the advertiser system purchases free telephone coupons from the free telephone service system, a 4-th stage where the free telephone service system publishes the banner advertisement of the advertiser system on a free telephone web site and the advertiser system gives free telephone coupons to subscribers, and a 5-th state where the subscribers make free voice calls via the free telephone service system, by using the free telephone coupons given by the advertiser system.
