PURPOSE: A method and a system for internet advertisement service and information provision for nothing are provided to advertise a business or an individual's web-site by inserting an information banner advertisement on other business or individual web-sites and hosting a banner advertisement from the other web-site. CONSTITUTION: The system for information provider service and free internet advertisement comprises of the user logging on to the web-site, determining user's membership, producing a banner for the member, determining user's wish to host free advertisement through the applicant's host server system(110), administrating the advertisements on the member's homepage with the user's approval, inserting information banner window on the member's homepage with the basis of information from the members administration server(120), the banner administration server(130) and the information server(140). The banner window is inserted through another host service server(400). The banner site is completed by insertion of the information banner window, and the banner site is displayed on the Internet network to the users.
