PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable retailed power demand-supply balance control system which maximize the profits to power brokerage without incurring increased costs. SOLUTION: A power brokerage section 100 to sale power to a plural users 300 purchasing power from plural power suppliers 200 through a power system having a communication medium has a transmitting/receiving means 120 to communicate various information between the power suppliers and the power users through a communication media, and a calculation means to adjust the power, at least, of the suppliers and users under contract to keep the balance in demand-supply between them.
