PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely account and pay, while avoiding the risk of transmitting personal data, such as credit number.;SOLUTION: This shopping price accounting system is provided with an order content receiving procedure for receiving an order content by shopping from a terminal device concerned in a consumer, an accounting procedure determining an accounting amount based on the order content received, an account data transmission procedure transmitting account data, including a changeover program collecting the account amount determined by the account procedure by the connection to a charged access telephone and changing over the telephone number to a number of the charged access telephone.
