PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who relates to the process from the order of commodities to delivery to check the state of the progress from order reception to delivery.;SOLUTION: A sales trader 10, a storehouse 20, each of client terminals 100a, 100b and 100c of a customer 5 and the server device 300 of a service agent 30 are connected to each other through a communication network 40. By inputting order data corresponding to the content of the order from the customer 5 with access made from the client terminal 100a to the server device 300, the server device 300 makes the order entry for each order based on the order data, and the order content of each order entry is controlled by an order/ progress control DB 320a to the state of the progress of the work.
