PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct technology to put a home page in view in a form not connected to the Internet with continuity.;SOLUTION: An integrated server is provided by which a list of servers not connected to the Internet with continuity is exhibited to a client to select the server serving as an opener of the home page, and by which the connection of the Internet to the selected server is processed to be indicated using a telephone line and the like. The server receives the connection indication of the integrated server, and conducts the connection to the Internet to bring the home page into a condition to allow provision. The integrated server informs the client of a reference requiring issuer of an IP address of the server in response to the connection indication to make the client of the reference requiring issuer refer to the home page, when receiving from the server the notification that the connection to the Internet completed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
