PURPOSE: To improve outer appearance and economy by displacing a front window frontward by actuation of a lock motor and pressurizing a guide rail by a clamp member provided on the front window. ;CONSTITUTION: When a driving motor is actuated, a roller 14 provided on a front window 12 is guided along a roller guide rail 16 through a cable 19, and the front window 12 is opened and closed. In case of stopping the front window 12 at an optional position in the middle of opening and closing it, when a lock motor 15 is actuated, the front window 12 and a clamp member 23 are displaced in the frontward arrow N direction through a link 25. Additionally, one face of a thin plate member 28 for pressure fixing provided on one face of the clamp member 23 pressurizes one face of a cable guide rail 18 and stops the front window 12. Additionally, in case of opening and closing the front window 12, the front window 12 and the clamp member 23 are displaced backward through the link 25 by actuation of the lock motor 15, a clearance is made between the thin plate member 28 and the cable guide rail 18, and it becomes possible to open and close the front window 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
