PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating neutrino electromotive force by utilizing an electron system that an organism posseses, and for easily detecting a low-energy neutrino.;SOLUTION: In water or water solution 3, where at least a pair of electrodes 1 and 2 is provided, an biosynthetic material or an organism compound 4 is arranged around the electrode 1, weak interaction with the water of the low- energy neutrino 5 that is present in the natural world is reinforced by the operation of an electron field in boson state; a water molecule is subjected to ionization dissociation into hydroxyl ions and oxygen ions; and further, the recombination of the hydroxyl ions and oxygen ions obtained by the dissociation of the water molecule is inhibited, thus generating water and oxygen molecules due to the oxidation of the hydroxyl ions in the electrode 1 from operation as a cathode, and generating water molecules due to reduction of hydrogen ions caused by the oxygen molecule that is generated at the cathode in the electrode 2 from operating as an anode for generating electromotive force between both the electrodes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
