PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for effectively utilizing the 'spatial filter effect' of an Adaptive Array Antenna(AAA) in a CDMA system moving object communication system adopting the AAA. SOLUTION: A down scheduler part 7 in a base station 10 finds the angle difference between the angular position of each of mobile stations and the angular position of other mobile stations concerning each of mobile stations from mobile station position information (angle information) detected with an arrival direction estimating part 3 and decides a frame to perform data transmission concerning a mobile station having the angle difference greater than a fixed value from the other mobile station but performs no data transmission with the same frame as that of the other mobile station concerning the mobile station having the small angle difference from the other mobile station. Thus, the data transmission in the same frame to a plurality of mobile stations at adjacent angular positions can be avoided and the spatial filter effect by means of the AAA can be provided.
