PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial transaction method, by which participation is enabled to small or medium-sized and individual enterprisers familiar to commercial custom such as cash business in a relevant specified area.;SOLUTION: The commercial transaction method for the area where small and medium companies and individuals carrying on mutually related businesses comprises a process (step 1) for constructing a management mechanism, in which the small and medium companies and the individuals carrying on the mutually related businesses take part, and opening a management mechanism account, a process (step 3) for settling debts and credits with the management mechanism account within a prescribed period according to the commercial custom in the area when the debts and credits occur in the transaction between the company and the individual belonging to the management mechanism, and a process (step 4) for settling the debts and credits on the side of the party of the transaction to the management mechanism account on the conditions of a contract made between the relevant party and the management mechanism.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
