Filter definition information M22 is sent from a filter definition information generating part 22 and it is stored in a filter definition information storing part 32. A filtering executing part 23 acquires information M10c related to contents storing necessary information from a user, it acquires the filter definition information M32 related to the contents specified by the information M10c from the filter definition information storing part 32, it acquires the organization definition information M31 of the user specified by the filter definition information M32 from the organization definition information storing part 31, it assembles a filter, and it executes filtering to the contents M33.
