PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily decide the merchandise supply plan following a demand for merchandise changing in a short period by accurately reflecting the conditions of sales action on a merchandise supply plan.;SOLUTION: An SFA server 1 stores transaction information representing the contents of each of a plurality of business transactions for providing customers with merchandises and including the expected sales of the merchandises in each of the transactions in a customer data base 10 on the basis of information inputted from terminals 2-1 to 2-n for sales staff, and stores progress information representing that each of the transactions has reached one of a plurality of stages each indicating the progress level of the transaction in the customer database 10 to be made correspond to the transaction information in accordance with the progress of the sales activity towards the establishment of the commercial transaction.
