PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an incineration facility in an industrial plant to a thermal management forcing culture of mushrooms to build their synergistic coexistence relation. SOLUTION: This facility for culturing mushrooms is characterized by having a culture medium sawdust pressure sterilization chamber for sterilizing the culture medium sawdust used for culturing the mushrooms, a fuel sawdust reduced pressure drying chamber for drying the used sawdust to use the dried sawdust as a fuel, and a steam pipe passed through the reduced pressure drying chamber and the pressure sterilization chamber, wherein the stream pipe has many steam-releasing check valves, and wherein after passing through the pressure sterilization chamber and until passing through the reduced pressure drying chamber the pressure of steam is reduced. The steam, hot water and cold necessary for managing the temperature of a herb culture house and for obtaining plant essential oils and aromatic distillation water are obtained by using the waste heat of an industrial plant. The nonwoven fabric sheet of fibers consisting of an alginate is used as a sheet for the herb culture medium. An aromatic pot with lamps is used to enjoy the aroma and the fluctuation of light.
