PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus oculi examination method, a server and a fundus oculi examination enterprise system allowing an individual to make a fundus oculi examination difficult to interpret, in a subject's house or a public institution. SOLUTION: The subject picks up the image of the fundus oculi at home 1a or in a public institution 1b using a fundus oculi image pickup terminal unit purchased or rented from a medical institution 30. Fundus oculi image data obtained by the image pickup is transmitted to the server 2 provided at a server management company 20 through a network NT. The server 2 transmits the past fundus oculi image data of the subject or the fundus oculi image data of specific case patients or other subjects for comparison in addition to the fundus oculi image data to a terminal of the medical institution 30 through the network 30. The medical institution 30 analyzes these data and returns a prescription based on the examined result or diagnosis, directly to the subject.
