COMPUTERIZED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ANALYSIS OF MEASURED RECORD OF ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF NUCLEIC ACID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system wherein whether a disease or a nucleic acid as a target is positive or negative can be discriminated precisely on the basis of the measured record of a sample.;SOLUTION: Data on numerical values regarding the analytical evaluation of samples contains a set of data regarding the respective samples. The respective numerical values are given to a plurality of data values when the set of the respective data expresses the state of the respective samples in respective points of time. The data values are corrected (1700) by excluding an additional background value from the data values. A graph of the data values is compared with a threshold value (1800). On the basis of the result of their comparison, the system is controlled in such a way that whether the samples have a prescribed characteristic is indicated. The method and the system wherein an erroneous value in the data is corrected before the values of the samples are calculated (1000 to 1500) are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
