NOVEL EXTRUSION FOAMED MOLDING DIE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAMED HOLDING USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion foaming mold capable of holding an arbitrary high pressure in an internal pressure of the mold and making a flow uniform, by reducing as low shearing heating as possible in the mold to thereby enable a foaming agent of a wide range or a good foam of a resin to be manufactured. SOLUTION: The extrusion foaming die comprises a filling port 2, a cavity 3 and an exhaust passage 8. In this die, the passage 8 is formed of two rotors 6 and 6' formed at outer peripheral sections substantially in a true circular shape, or the passage 8 is formed of similar one rotor 6 and an inner wall of the mold. Thus, a molten resin is conveyed and discharged while controlling the resin on the surfaces of the rotors.
