PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reform assisting system for the aged which makes it easy to know how easier the movement of the aged becomes with a presented reform plan and what are differences in the state of improvement by levels among reform plans differing in improvement level. SOLUTION: This is a system which presents a reform plan for the care of the aged and is equipped with a 1st storage means DB1 stored with information on reform plans differing in improvement level, a 2nd storage means DB2 stored with information for explaining improvement points by decomposing the movement pattern of the aged into plural scenes as to the respective reform plans, and a display means 3 which reads information out of the 1st and 2nd storage means DB1 and DB2 according to a selected improvement level and presents it on a user.
