To provide a reform business assisting system capable of reducing a load on a reform agency and of improving a business efficiency.SOLUTION: A reform business assisting system includes: a portable business terminal 1 on which a camera is mounted; and a server 3 connected to the business terminal 1 via a network NW. The business terminal 1 controls the camera to obtain an image of a construction site where a marker tape with a dimension of a product is attached to a place on which the product is to be placed, calculates a size of the product from the image of the construction site obtained by imaging, and receives an input for the product kind of the product, and transmits, to the server 3, renovation work information that contains the construction site image, the product size and the product kind. The server 3 receives the renovation work information from the business terminal 1, selects the product using the received renovation work information, creates a quote for a renovation work to place the selected product, and transmits the quote to the terminal 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
