PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road pricing system preventing illegal charging of double collection on a toll collected in a restricted area.;SOLUTION: This toll charging method for a road pricing system collecting the toll when a vehicle advances into a restricted area, is provided with an entering vehicle detecting means for detecting vehicles entering into the restricted area, and a leaving vehicle detecting means for detecting vehicles leaving from the restricted area. Out of the vehicles detected by the entering vehicle detecting means or the leaving vehicle detecting means, the vehicle not detected by the entering vehicle detecting means or the leaving vehicle detecting means within the last specified time is made the entering vehicle or leaving vehicle, and the toll is charged to the vehicle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
