PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purchase a commodity on which age restriction is imposed by using a portable terminal.;SOLUTION: A user accesses a user identification server 4 from a cellular phone 3 and inputs vending machine discrimination data. At the time, a management server 2 transmits the vending machine discrimination data and the user's telephone number to the user identification server 4. The user identification server 4, referring to the table B, holds the vending machine discrimination data and personal discrimination data corresponding to the telephone number. On the other hand, the user operates keys and inputs the personal discrimination data from a key input part 112 after inserting coins or a bill. The vending machine 1 transmits the vending machine discrimination data stored in the ROM in the main control part 201 and the personal discrimination data from the key input part 112 to the user identification server 4.
