PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily devise a replenishment plan by providing a more accurate prediction of a replenishment timing of commodities.;SOLUTION: Automatic vending machines 3-5 are connected to an automatic vending machine managing server 2 through a public communication line 10 and the automatic vending machine managing server 2 is connected to the Internet 9. A customer specifies a particular automatic vending machine, commodity, and quantity to the automatic vending machine managing server 2 through the Internet 9 by using a personal computer 6, a portable telephone terminal 7 or the like and pre-orders a purchase amount for a certain period. The automatic vending machine managing server 2 notifies the orderer, the ordered commodity, and the ordered quantity to each automatic vending machine on the basis of the pre-order received from the customer. The automatic vending machines 3-5 manage sales quantities per orderer, and deliver commodities until they reach the ordered quantity without receiving any deposit of cash.
