PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an observing and measuring person to easily observe and measure the transparency and turbidity of pool water on the water of the peripheral edge of a pool.;SOLUTION: A mirror 7 for upwardly projecting a measuring object isolated forwardly in water is inclined at a predetermined angle to be arranged on the inner surface bottom of a square bottomed cylindrical body 1, which is equipped with a front plate 2 of which at least the part immersed in water is made transparent and formed in a hermetically sealed state excepting the peeping opening 6 provided to the upper surface of the cylindrical body, in opposed relation to the transparent part of the front plate. The mirror 7 of the bottomed cylindrical body 1 is positioned under the surface of the water and the upper peeping opening 6 is positioned above the surface of the water to perform measurement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
