PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a providing method for information which aids in effective obtaining of necessary corporate information or business manager information for full use of Internet users.;SOLUTION: In this distributing method, a data bank site is built by collecting 'personal character data' of business managers, the data of which have not been made open to now, so as to go on public over the Internet. The users access site and become interested in the 'personal character data' there, and become capable of accessing the corporate information and business information with knowing the personal character of the managers, in advance.
