PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business talk management device, a business talk system and a business talk management method enabling a customer and a seller to easily have a business talks, even on detailed contents without directly meeting each other.;SOLUTION: This business talk management device 2 is provided with a business talk information database 231, a customer information database 232, an authentication server 21, a management server 24, and a WWW server 22. The authentication server 21 authenticates the customer when customer authentication information, transmitted from a user terminal 3, agrees with customer authentication information stored in the customer information database 232 through collation. The management server 24 updates business talk information belonging to the authenticated customer, from among business talk information stored in the business talk information database 231, on the basis of customer side business talk information transmitted from the user terminal 3 of the authenticated customer.
