PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dried-fish slices edible as it is as a daily food, and seasoned with a seasoning liquid. SOLUTION: These dried-fish thin slices are obtained by the following steps: subjecting half-dried raw material fish for dried-fish shavings to seasoning-liquid treatment so as to fully impregnate the raw material fish with the taste of seasoning-liquid followed by subjecting the thus seasoned material fish to smoking/drying treatment or far-infrared radiation irradiating treatment each singly or in combination, and thereafter, shaving the resultant raw material fish by using a shaving machine.
