PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully satisfy the following-up properties of an ink. SOLUTION: The ink stored in an ink storage part 11 is fed through an ink guiding core 21 to a pen point 3 installed on the tip part of a penholder 1. The guiding core 21 is turned so as to have a large diametral part 24 and a small diametral part 25, which integrally extends from one end part of the large diametral part 24 into an ink storage part 11 by conterlessly grinding, for example, a rod-like fiber bundle. Only the large diametral part 24 is covered with an ink-impermeable outer skin 23. The outer diameter of the large diametral part 24 is set to be nearly equal to or larger than that of the ink storage part 11. The outer diameter of the small diametral part 25 is reduced to 50 % or less of that of the large diametral part 24. The large diametral part 24 contains enough ink at all times so as to feed enough ink at all times to a pen point 3. The ink dripping from the under edge face of the ink storage part 11 under the result of the pen point 3 left for a long period of time directing downwards or the like is absorbed by the large diametral part 24.
